We stand behind all of our Black Bear Mountaineering gear. If you are not satisfied, please contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so you can return the item for a full refund.
New, unused gear must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable. New, unused gear can be returned within one year for a full refund. Used gear must be returned within 30 days.
